Course 1: Becoming a pro at cycle tracking

Course 2: Using FAM as your choice of contraception
I remember when I first started to be sexually active, I kept a stash of pregnancy tests at home, just in case my paranoia hit me when my period was late. I decided to go on hormonal birth control when I was in my first exclusive long term relationship. With its high popularity amongst my friends, I figured the pill was the safest option for me too. What I didn’t know at the time, was that FAM is a natural contraceptive method with similar effectiveness as the pill. In my course “Using FAM as your choice of contraception” you will learn how to manage your fertility in a way that serves you, whether that means avoiding or achieving pregnancy.

Course 3: Syncing your nutrition to your cycle
The more I learned about my cycle and my menstrual health, the more I realized what a big role nutrition plays in it. Specific foods have specific health benefits for your body – your menstrual cycle is no exception to that. In my course “Syncing your nutrition to your cycle” I will teach you how to support your menstrual health with the right kind of food at the right moment. You will notice the benefits in your energy level, your cycle pattern as well as your PMS symptoms and period pain.

What foods promote a healthy menstrual cycle
What foods are best for each of your cycle phases
What foods can help with PMS and period cramps
